While this scene is nothing but amazing, I had to try hard not to laugh when he first started screaming and yelling because like only a few scenes earlier they were talking about "Ill always stay the same, I wont change shani no worries :)" and then 5mins later hes like "FEAR ME PUNY MORTALS! I just now realized after telling my girlfriend about this scene last night and how we have to watch these movies together that with zero context if I just showed her this scene without telling her who this character was, or showing anyone this scene for that matter, most people would probably think this was the villain of the film arriving. I've not read the books but I legit thought this was a change in his character arc where power begins to consume him and the belief of being a messiah, one that he once disregarded and showed humbleness to, gives him the notion and realisation that he is unstoppable. Man this scene was so powerful.

The entire movie Paul is calm and quiet, he is almost whispering at times then in this moment where he explodes. Just like how composer deliberately avoid adding music to lead up scenes so certain scenes are more impactful. What a performance!

How did they made this scene so god damn mighty. I mean the books made a crazy scene , but these actors couldn't have done it better in my opinion. Great respect. One of the few movies who the actors and other hard working man and woman are worth every penny. They did a masterpiece a lot of people will show to their grandsons and daughters with proud.

I like the detail of the scorched and blackened sand at the start of the scene, the south of Arrakis would be waaaaaay hotter and get a lot more sun which would result a black sand desert
